How we ship
Every D's Shop design is printed on demand by our Canadian fulfilment partner. The moment your order lands, the file goes to the printer, the garment or product is pressed, packed in plain branded packaging, and handed off to Canada Post or Purolator for last-mile delivery to your address.
Print on demand means no inventory waste, no minimum runs, and nothing collecting dust in a warehouse. We print and pack quickly, then hand off to the carrier, so most orders arrive within an estimated 3 to 8 business days anywhere in Canada.
About these estimates
The 3 to 8 business day window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery depends on the carrier and your destination, and can run longer during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, or to very remote postal codes. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays, and the clock starts when your order is placed. We will always do our best to hit the window, and every order is covered by our guarantee below if something goes wrong.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after you place it. We email the link the moment it goes live, and you can look up tracking anytime at /orders/track.
What happens at checkout
Shopify Checkout shows both Standard and Express options. Pick the one that fits your timeline. Both ship with tracking and signature on delivery for orders over $200 CAD.
Provincial coverage
We ship to every Canadian address including the territories, with the same estimated 3 to 8 business day window. A small number of very remote postal codes in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut can occasionally take a little longer.
Customs and duties
Because every D's Shop order ships from within Canada, there are no customs, no border crossings, and no surprise brokerage fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not show up within the expected window plus 7 business days, contact us and we will replace or refund without question. Our full 30-day guarantee covers damaged, defective, and wrong items, and the shipping FAQ answers the most common delivery questions.
