How we ship
We curate from a network of vetted suppliers, primarily through CJ Dropshipping who operate fulfillment centers in Asia, the United States, and Europe. Your order is picked, packed, and tracked from the warehouse closest to the source product, then handed off to Canada Post for last mile delivery to your address.
We do not pretend to be a domestic warehouse. We are a curator with a global supply chain, which is how we keep prices honest and selection wide. The trade-off is the window above.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. You will receive an email with the link, and you can also look up tracking anytime at /orders/track.
What happens at checkout
Stripe Checkout shows both Standard and Express options. Pick the one that fits your timeline. Both ship with tracking and signature on delivery for orders over $200 CAD.
Provincial coverage
We ship to every Canadian address including the territories. Delivery to remote postal codes in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may add 3 to 7 business days beyond the windows above.
Customs and duties
For shipments routed from our US or international warehouses, customs paperwork is handled by the carrier. Most orders under $40 CAD clear duty-free under the Canada-US de minimis threshold. Higher-value orders may incur brokerage fees of $10 to $25 CAD, charged by the carrier at delivery, not by D's Shop.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not show up within the expected window plus 7 business days, contact us and we will replace or refund without question.
