Returns and Refunds

Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Downloadable software
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under your province’s consumer protection legislation. In Ontario, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002gives you specific rights for “Internet agreements” including cancellation rights when delivery is materially delayed or when the product does not match the description provided at purchase. Similar protections apply in other provinces. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
