How long does it take?+
We email your first proof within 2 to 3 business days. After you approve, printing and Canada-wide shipping typically lands within 4 to 12 business days.
What if I don't like it?+
You approve a proof before anything is printed, with free revisions until you love it. If we still can't get it right, you get a full refund.
What photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and markings are easy to see. Front-on or three-quarter angles work great. You can upload up to three.
Can I get a hoodie or kids size?+
Right now the custom service is on our unisex tee. Message us if you want a hoodie or youth size and we'll sort it out.
