Custom pet portrait FAQs
How long does it take?+
We email your first proof within 2 to 3 business days. After you approve, printing and Canada-wide shipping typically lands within 3 to 8 business days.
What if I don't like it?+
You approve a proof before anything is printed, with free revisions until you love it. If we still can't get it right, you get a full refund.
How much is shipping?+
A flat $9.99 in Canada and the US, or free when your whole order is over $120. You see the full total at checkout before you pay.
What photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and markings are easy to see. Front-on or three-quarter angles work great. You can upload up to three.
Can I get a hoodie or kids size?+
Yes. Pick a tee, women's tee, long sleeve, hoodie or kids tee (youth XS to XL) on the form, in any colour our print partner offers. Each costs the garment's usual price plus $5 for the portrait artwork.
